In case of a flat rate agreement the attorney’s fee is a flat fee.
The attorney’s fee will be stipulated based on the value of the transaction, if the parties agree on a percentage rate. This fee model is typically used for real estate transactions, where the attorney’s fee is the stipulated percentage of the purchase price of the real estate.
There are other fee models as well, which can be agreed by the parties.
